Quality and enjoyment
Saliter in Obergünzburg is one of the oldest dairies in Bavaria. With a strong sense of tradition and deep roots in the Allgäu region, it produces high-quality dairy products for many different occasions. These range from our delicious milk drinks, which many of us grew up with, to coffee creamers and milk for the perfect coffee experience, to powdered milk for cooking and baking.
Protect from light.
Milk is sensitive to light. To ensure the full quality of Saliter products, they should be stored away from light.
Furthermore, our products have a long shelf life when refrigerated, but taste even better when slightly chilled! Once opened, however, the bottles should be refrigerated and enjoyed immediately.

Our Saliter contract farmers are all from the Allgäu region!
We love the Allgäu region! And every single one of our products contains a great deal of it. And because it’s a matter of course for us to protect our homeland and its precious resources, we focus on sustainable production. This starts right here in our region: We source our conventional milk from our contract farmers within a radius of approximately 30 km around Obergünzburg. The short transport routes and long-standing, trusting partnership naturally benefit the quality of the milk – and also the environment!
